What we collect
From you: name, company, role, email, phone. From your operation: load records, driver records, call transcripts, email threads, document metadata. We collect what we need to do the job and nothing more.
What we don't collect
We don't run trackers on the marketing site beyond a first-party visit counter. No third-party ad pixels. No session replay. No fingerprinting.
What we do with it
Run the service. Improve the agent (on your data, never another customer's). Defend ourselves and you in a TCPA or FMCSA dispute. That's the entire list.
Who else sees it
Our subprocessors, listed on the security page. No advertisers. No data brokers. No "partners" euphemism.
Your rights
Request your data. Request deletion. Opt out of optional features. Email privacy@indolenttrucking.com and we reply within 5 business days.
Cookies
One session cookie when you sign into the dashboard. No tracking cookies on the marketing site.
Changes
When this policy changes, we email every active customer at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
