Indolent Trucking
Terms

Terms of service.

Last updated May 12, 2026.

1. The short version

Indolent Trucking is software that handles freight operations work — voice, email, and dispatch — on your behalf. You pay us a flat monthly fee. We deliver the service. Neither party owns the other's data. Cancel month-to-month after the pilot.

2. The service

We provide an after-hours voice agent, check-call automation, dispatch dashboard, and optional carrier and driver modules as described on the pricing page. We do not guarantee 100% call coverage — when the agent can't resolve a call, it opens a ticket and notifies your team.

3. Your obligations

  • Maintain accurate consent records for any number we call on your behalf.
  • Honor opt-out requests within 24 hours.
  • Don't use the service to make calls that violate TCPA, FMCSA, or state rules.
  • Don't reverse-engineer the agent or train a competing model on our outputs.

4. Data ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf. We retain prompt + tool-call logs for 7 years (FMCSA dispute window) and call recordings for 18 months (TCPA defense window). On termination we return or delete your data within 30 days at your option.

5. Payment

Billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Net-0. Late accounts pause after 14 days and terminate after 60.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach.

7. Liability

We don't represent ourselves as the broker of record. We don't sign rate confirmations or contracts on your behalf. Booking decisions require explicit human approval inside our dashboard. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

Arizona. Disputes go to arbitration in Maricopa County. No class actions.
